These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CVwiz (the “Service”), a resume-building application operated by LOGIA RETAIL (“we”, “us”, “our”), a business registered in India (GSTIN 27AVOPS5333H1Z4) with its registered address at 101 Bhanu, Jangid Estate, Near Vasundhara, Mira Road East, Dist Thane 401107, Maharashtra, India. The Service is available at cvwiz.in. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. You confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
CVwiz lets you create, edit, and export résumés (and related documents) using our templates and tools, including document export as PDF and, where offered, AI-assisted writing features. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. Each account is for a single individual; do not share credentials.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account; you retain paid access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You retain all ownership of the information and materials you put into the Service (“Your Content”), including your résumé data and any photo you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and render Your Content solely to provide the Service to you (for example, to display previews and generate your PDF). You are responsible for the accuracy of Your Content and confirm you have the right to use any material you upload. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you are not authorised to use.

The Service, including our software, templates, designs, and branding, is owned by LOGIA RETAIL and protected by law. Except for the rights expressly granted to you to use the Service and export your own documents, no rights are transferred to you. Your Content remains yours.
CVwiz is a document-creation tool. We do not guarantee any interview, job, or that a résumé will pass any particular applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruiter screening. Any guidance is informational only.
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, payment, hosting, and rendering providers). Your use of those aspects may be subject to the providers’ own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOGIA RETAIL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold LOGIA RETAIL harmless from claims arising out of Your Content or your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. On account deletion, we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable law, the courts at Thane, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
